Return Eligibility

2. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

3. Once the image is verified, follow the instructions provided to return the product.

Refunds & Cancellations

1. Refunds or cancellations will only be processed after verification of the defective product.
2. Only the product price will be refunded; delivery charges are non-refundable.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–7 business days] after the returned product is received and verified.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Products returned without sending the defect video and image first.
2. Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
